Holidays with my Family


Thats right, I gone to Penang for five days with my family and my mother's side families.

It was really great and was very fun, I took alot of pictures, all of the sceneries
in Malaysia. Its Beautiful, really.

We went there after celebrating Hari Raya Qurban, before the day. We packed up,
T-shirts, trousers, shorts, in-wears and so on.

I also bring along my camera, with extra batteries.

And on the day itself, we got off at around 4 am, we woke up as early as 3 am.
To set up everything before getting off.

We meet each other, I mean my cousin's families, at around 4+ am. We were the last to one to reach the meeting place, the rest has reach first. Then, we go together like a convoy to the Johor border.

At around 6 am, we reached at a rest stop, we prayed subuh and after that we had breakfast. I took some pictures too, quite nice scenery though.

After at lot of stops, at last we reached Penang at around 12pm to 1pm, to go there,
by crossing along the long bridge.

Then we checked in a Hotel near the tallest building/tower in Penang, we stayed there for 2 days.

The room we took was one room, it was cossy and confortable, even though the hotel was old, everything was in good condition.

We swam at the swimming pool on the top floor.

Then...

At night, we go out together as a family. We had dinner together at a coffeeshop named Nasi Kandar which means Indian rice, and after that we go
to a shopping center. Wow, the place was good, the products there can't be found in
Singapore, cool products at cheap price.

Then we went back to our rooms, we watch some shows and we slept. The next morning,
we had breakfast in the hotel, delicious food was served, I took a lot of rounds until I got full.

Then we go out, to a place of interest quite far from the hotel. The place was named Bukit Bendera, to go up there, we a took vehicle that so called a "tram", which took 30 mins to reach the top. When we reached there, Subhanallah, what a nice a view, I
took alot of picture from there. There we saw alot of sideshops around, then we walked around until we came to a coffeeshop, beside the coffeeshop has shops selling merchandises. My mother bought some t-shirts for herself, then we ate some good food, not forgeting the Ice-Kacang, it was real delicious, it has ice-cream topping, real good. After lunch, I continued taking more pictures. Before going
back down, I and my brother bought shades, some were really cool.

Then we came back down, and after we reached back down, we had a drink as the tram we took, ther was no air-con, but a weak fan, it was really damn hot and crampy.

After that we go to the beach, it was much better, bigger, cleaner and has better scenery than East Coast Park or Changi Beach. There was a lot of people, mainly they were swimming and playing the sand, but there were some people doing cool activities, such as horse riding, wind serfing, motor riding and so on. Really cool activities there. I took a lot of scenery pictures.
